Nanning rice dumpling

Speaking of Nanning flavor, there is a cuisine less smelly but as delicious as Old Friend Noodles, that is the rice dumpling. When steamed, the dumpling is almost transparent like crystal. Pork and shii-take were mixed and covered with ground rice wrapper. Vegetarian version with blackfungus is also available. Before you eat, remember to pour some wampi sauce to make a perfect mixture of taste.
