Dayao Mountain in Jinxiu

Dayao Mountain is located in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi. “Jinxiu” means green hills and clear waters. Jinxiu’s Dayao Mountain is also called Lotus Mountain. With beautiful scenery, clean water, and verdant trees, Dayao Mountain is not only the largest green reservoir in Guangxi but also a national forest park and a national nature reserve. There are five branches of Yao people living in the mountain with their rich ethnic culture. The Yao people here are very simple and hospitable.
