Nanning liangzong

Nanning, Guangxi, has a rectangular or triangular shaped zongzi with a special flavor.

Soak the glutinous rice in the plant ash water, the glutinous rice will show a unique fragrance of plant ash. Then wrap the glutinous rice with reed leaves. Dip zongzi with honey or sugar which is soft and super delicious!
