Guangxi’s rice cake

There is a custom of making rice cake in many places of Guangxi. The rice cake uses glutinous rice flour as the main material, peanuts, sesame, and sugar as ingredients, shape it into the mold, and then steamed by high temperature. It means reunion, representing family unity. The rice cake is deeply loved by the local people.
