Guilin Fermented Bean Curd is one of the famous "Three Treasures of Guilin". It serves as a tribute to emperors in the Qing Dynasty (1636-1912). Local people soak soybeans in well water and put fresh bamboo leaves on the bottom of fermented bean curd. Three Flower Wine is added during the production process, bringing a special flavor and bouquet to the bean curd.
