[#ChinaCulturalTourism] Longzhou Tianqin, also known as "Dingding" in Zhuang language, is one of the most unique folk stringed instruments of Zhuang people. It is said that a long time ago, the farmers had seen no yield because of the drought. To save everyone, an old Zhuang mother went to the "Dragon Cave" and prayed for rain. On the third day, the old mother woke up and found the "Dingding" that God left behind. So, she played "Dingding" and prayed for God with her heart and soul. All of a sudden, heavy rain was coming… People are saved. After that, Tianqin (Dingding) is worshiped by the Zhuang people and is regarded as a token of health, safety, auspiciousness, and happiness.
