Shanglin County, Guangxi

Located in the south-central part of Guangxi, Shanglin County is a multi-ethnic county dominated by Zhuang ethnic group, with humid climate and abundant rainfall, so there are rich water resources, plant resources, animal resources and mineral resources. Shanglin County is the source of the Longmu Culture (in Chinese mythology, “Longmu” was a Chinese woman deified as a goddess after raising five infant dragons) in the Pearl River Basin, the Zhuang capital in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and the “Hometown of Longevity in China”.
