Jintian Uprising Ruins，Guigang City

Located on the Xiniuling Mountain in Jintian Town, north of Guangxi’s Guiping City, Jintian Uprising Ruins is the first batch of national key cultural relic protected unit. On January 11, 1851, Hong Xiuquan and Yang Xiuqing led more than 20,000 people from all ethnic groups in Guangxi to gather here, swearing to uprising. This event is known as the Taiping Rebellion, which shocked China and foreign countries. There are many monuments inside, which is a good place for sightseeing, academic research and patriotic education.
